It is hard sometimes to be in such a situation, your brain almost stops and can not move a muscle ahead.
I will give you an example but in a form of question .
Just set back and relax . you need full attention to
think about my question .here is the most difficult questions i ever heard .
What do you do when the only person who can make you stop crying is the person
who made you cry?
Take your time in thinking .

If your question is what I do? the answer is I keep crying and then I keep stop crying. If the question is what I feel the answer is I feel this person has tremendous power on me. In both cases when I stop crying I have
to cry again. The result is I can do nothing because either I like this or I can not do anything about it.
